What should I do if my washer freezes?

Turn off the washer and unplug the power cord, then pour warm water over the water tap to loosen the water hose. Disconnect the hose and soak it in warm water, pour warm water into the drum and leave it for about 10 minutes, then reconnect the hose. If the washer still doesn't operate normally, repeat these steps.
