What should I do if the washer is not draining or spinning?

Check that the drain hose is not kinked, obstructed, or frozen, and ensure the debris filter is not clogged. Make sure the drain hose is inserted 6 to 8 inches inside the drain pipe and that the washer is level. The door must be closed and Start/Pause (Hold to Start) pressed to resume operation, as the washer will not spin unless the door is securely closed. (Page 19)
