What does the information code '4C' mean?
The '4C' information code means water is not supplied to the washing machine. You should check that water taps are open, hoses are not clogged, taps are not frozen, the machine has sufficient water pressure, cold and hot water taps are properly connected, and the mesh filter is not clogged.
