What could cause water leakage after reassembling the diaphragm?

Water leakage can occur if the wire diaphragm is loose after assembly or is not correctly positioned at the 5 o'clock or 7 o'clock position on the Frame Front. When inserting the diaphragm assembly ring, it must be placed in the 10–11 o'clock direction with the spring facing the 7 o'clock direction. (Page 13)
