How do I remove and clean the brush-roll?

Unlock the 3 locks at the bottom of the motorized nozzle using a coin and lift off the nozzle to expose the brush-roll. Use a soft bristle toothbrush to remove any debris impeding the brush-roll, then replace the floor nozzle by lining it up with the front of the vacuum and pushing down to snap into place. Secure it by locking all 3 locks back into place.
