What is the proper technique for using the DefrizzFast Diffuser?

Begin with towel-dried hair and working around your head, bunch curls from ends between the petals of the diffuser. Then bring the diffuser up to the roots and pause and hold. Use the lever to extend prongs for longer, thicker hair or retract prongs for shorter, finer hair.
