What is the best way to use the Circulaire function in the Smeg oven?
The Circulaire function allows cooking on multiple shelves with even heat. For best results, use no more than three shelves and place your food on an enamel baking tray sloped towards the front. Ensure preheat if food takes longer than 20 minutes (Page 2).
