What should I do if the remote control doesn't respond to key presses?

If the TV does not react to key presses, the batteries in the remote control might be empty. To replace them, slide the battery door on the back-bottom of the remote control and insert 2 AAA-1.5V batteries, making sure the + and - ends line up correctly. If the problem persists, you can press the power button on the bottom of the TV instead.
