Can I create a Google account directly on my TV?
No, a Google account cannot be created using your TV. You must use a computer or smartphone to create one by visiting http://accounts.google.com/signup and following the on-screen instructions. You can also create a Google account during the TV initial setup using a computer or smartphone at g.co/AndroidTV. (Page 3)
