What should I do if my earbuds keep disconnecting from my device?
Clear the pairing record between the earbuds and all previous devices, try clearing Bluetooth listings on your device and restarting it, put the earbuds into the charging case to reset, then activate Bluetooth and choose 'Soundpeats Truefree' to pair again. (Page 2)
