How do I factory reset the D3.1 Advanced Voice Modem?

Press and hold the Reset button for 10 seconds or more to reset the modem to factory default settings. When the device is in a state that suggests a power cycle, a factory reset cannot be performed — you must power cycle the device first, then perform the factory reset. Note that you will see the ring and text illuminate when you press the button. (Page 5)
