What should I do if the Pressure Relief Device (PRD) operates and water is ejected from the unit?

Turn off the electricity and water supplies to the shower immediately at the isolating switch and stopvalve. Common causes include a blocked showerhead, a twisted or blocked flexible hose, or failure to remove the showerhead during commissioning. You must identify and resolve the cause before fitting a new PRD, and then repeat the full commissioning procedure. (Pages 7, 21)
