How do I safely refuel a Troy Bilt TB30R?

To refuel, remove the black plastic cover from the fuel cap under the seat if necessary and fill slowly with clean gasoline. Avoid overfilling to ensure room for fuel expansion (Page 14). Always allow the engine to cool down before refueling.
