Can I equalize sealed AGM or Gel Cell batteries?
No, do not equalize sealed VRLA type AGM or Gel Cell batteries. Equalization should only be performed on non-sealed, vented, flooded, or wet cell batteries. Equalizing sealed batteries can damage them. (Page 31)
