What is the sleep timer and how do I set it?

The sleep timer turns the TV off after a set period of time. Press Menu, navigate to Timers, and use the Left/Right Arrow buttons to select a time period: 30, 60, 90, 120, or 180 minutes, or select Off to deactivate the timer. (Page 24)
