How do I factory reset my TV?

Press the Menu button on the remote, use the Arrow buttons to highlight System and press OK, then highlight Reset & Admin and press OK. Highlight Reset to Factory Defaults and press OK. The TV displays a confirmation message; highlight Reset and press OK. Wait for the TV to turn off and it will turn back on shortly afterward with the Setup App beginning. Note that all your changes and settings will be lost, including any wireless or picture settings.
