How do I set up parental controls to block content?

Press the Menu button, use the Arrow buttons to highlight Channels and press OK, then highlight Parental Controls and press OK. Enter your System PIN (or set one if you haven't already). You can lock individual channels or block content by rating (USA TV, USA Movie, Canadian English, or Canadian French). For each rating type you want to block, use the Arrow buttons to highlight the rating and press OK; when locked, the Lock icon appears locked and content with that rating and all higher ratings cannot be viewed.
