What should I do if there is a picture but no sound coming from the TV?
First, press the VOLUME UP button on the remote to display the volume slider. Then press the MUTE button until the volume slider is blue, indicating that the volume is on. If sound is still absent, press MENU > Audio and verify that the TV Speakers setting is On.
