What should I do if my wireless headphones don't connect to my phone?
Ensure your devices are within range and that the earphones have entered pairing mode by pressing and holding the Multi-Function Touch Button for more than three seconds. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device (Pages 4, 5)
