How do I adjust the weight setting on the WEIDER 8630?
To change the weight setting, insert a Weight Pin under the desired Weight Stack until the bent end of the Weight Pin is touching the Weights, and turn it downward. The weight can be changed from 6.5 pounds to 106.5 pounds in increments of 12.5 pounds.
