How do I tighten the cables?

Loosen an M10 Locknut (74) from a Pulley Plate and reattach it in a hole closer to the center for low or high cable slack. Or, reset High Cable nut (A) tighter into Weight Selector. Do not over-tighten to avoid lifting top weight off stack.
