How do I fold and store the treadmill when not in use?

Before folding, adjust the incline to the lowest position — failure to do so may permanently damage the treadmill. Remove the key and unplug the power cord, then raise the frame by bending your legs and lifting with your legs rather than your back. Pull the lock knob to the left while raising the treadmill until the lock pin aligns with and fully inserts into the catch hole. You must be able to safely lift 45 pounds (20 kg) to perform this task. (Page 25)
