How do I fold the treadmill for storage?

Before folding, unplug the power cord. Hold the metal frame firmly (not the plastic foot rails) and raise it about halfway, then use your left hand to pull the latch knob to the left while raising the frame until the catch is past the latch pin. Slowly release the latch knob and make sure the catch is resting against the latch pin. Note that you must be able to safely lift 45 lbs. (20 kg) to raise, lower, or move the treadmill.
