Why does my washer have noisy sounds during operation?

Some noises are normal for the washer, including gears engaging after the drain cycle and before spin, or clicking from the upper part of the agitator during wash. However, if the noise is excessive, check that your load is balanced and not overloaded. Verify the washer is level with properly installed front feet and tightened nuts. Also ensure you have completely removed the yellow shipping strap with shipping pins as described in the Installation Instructions.
