Why is my dishwasher not drying dishes properly?

Proper drying requires the use of rinse aid along with the Heat Dry option. Plastic items and items with nonstick surfaces are difficult to dry because their porous surfaces tend to collect water droplets, so towel drying may be necessary for those items. Also, glasses and cups with concave bottoms can hold water, so unloading the bottom rack first and positioning these items on the more slanted side of the rack can help. (Page 14)
