How do I remove the transport bolts before using my washer for the first time?

There are 4 bolts in the rear panel that must be removed before use — use a 13 mm wrench to loosen each bolt, then move it to the center of the hole and pull it out completely along with its plastic spacer. Once all 4 bolts are removed, discard the bolts and spacers, pull the power cord through the rear panel opening, close the hole with the attached cap, and seal the bolt holes with the 4 transport bolt hole plugs provided.
