How do I connect the water line to the ice maker?
Connect the ice maker to a cold water line with water pressure between 30 and 120 psi using 1/4 inch O.D. copper tubing. Install a saddle-type shutoff valve on a 1/2 to 1 1/4 inch vertical cold water pipe near the refrigerator, then connect the copper tubing from the valve inlet to the refrigerator's water connection point. Flush the tubing until water is clear before use.
