How should I store fruits and vegetables in the crisper drawers?

Wash items in clear water and remove excess water before placing them in the crispers. Leafy vegetables keep best at the High Humidity setting, while non-leafy vegetables and fruits still in their skins should be stored at the low humidity setting. Items with strong odors or high moisture content should be wrapped before storing. (Page 11)
