What water temperature should the dishwasher use for best results?

For best dishwashing results, water should be 120°F (49°C) as it enters the dishwasher. If your water heater is located far from the dishwasher, run hot water at the nearest faucet to minimize cold water in the line. You can check water temperature by running hot water at the nearest faucet for at least 1 minute and measuring it with a thermometer. (Page 13)
