Why does my dishwasher seem to run longer than expected?
The dishwasher may run longer if the water supplied is not hot enough, as it needs time to heat the water. A delay automatically occurs in some wash and rinse cycles until water reaches proper temperature (120°F/49°C). This is normal behavior. (Page 19)
