How do the moisture sensing strips detect when clothes are dry?
The moisture sensing strips detect moisture in clothes as the clothes tumble and brush against the metal strips located along the back wall of the dryer interior. Once the dryer determines that enough moisture has been removed from the clothes, the cycle stops automatically.
