What is the difference between AccuDry™ and Timed Dry cycles?
AccuDry™/Automatic Dry cycles sense either moisture in the load or drying air temperature throughout the cycle and shut off automatically when the load reaches the selected dryness level, providing the best drying in the shortest time with better fabric care and energy savings. Timed Dry runs the dryer for a set amount of time regardless of dryness, which can sometimes result in shrinkage, wrinkling, and static due to over-drying. Timed Dry is best for occasional damp loads needing a little extra time or when using a drying rack. (Page 4)
