How do I remove the transport bolts before using my washer for the first time?

There are 4 bolts in the rear panel that must be removed before use. Using a 13 mm wrench, loosen each bolt, move it to the center of the hole, and completely pull out the bolt along with the plastic spacer. After all 4 bolts are removed, pull the power cord through the opening, close the hole with the attached cap, and plug the 4 transport bolt hole plugs into the bolt holes. Note that if the washer needs to be transported again, a certified technician must properly set it up for relocation. (Page 7-8)
