The 'SUD' message indicates that a suds routine has automatically started because excessive suds were detected. This routine automatically removes extra suds and assures proper rinsing of your garments. The 'SUD' display appears during rinsing and at the end of the cycle to inform you that the Suds Routine was activated. To prevent this, use only HE (High Efficiency) detergents. (Page 20)
