What should I do if the washer door remains locked at the end of the wash cycle?

If the door is locked at the end of the cycle, it is likely because water did not fully drain from the washer during the spin. Select DRAIN/SPIN to remove any remaining water, and the washer door will unlock at the end of the drain cycle. (Page 22)
