How do I lock the controls to prevent unintended changes during a cycle?

Press and hold the SIGNAL button for 3 seconds to activate the Control Lock; the CONTROL LOCK status light will illuminate. When locked, all buttons are disabled except START/PAUSE, POWER, and SIGNAL. To unlock the controls, press and hold SIGNAL again for 3 seconds until the CONTROL LOCK status light turns off. (Page 14)
