How do I remove the transport bolts before using the washer for the first time?

There are 4 transport bolts in the rear panel that must be removed before use. Using a 13 mm wrench, loosen each bolt, move it to the center of the hole, and completely pull it out along with the plastic spacer. After removing all 4 bolts, discard them, pull the power cord through the rear panel opening, close the hole with the attached cap, and cover the bolt holes with the 4 transport bolt hole plugs supplied.
