What are the electrical requirements for installing the WFW9250WW?

The washer requires a 120 volt, 60 Hz, AC only, 15- or 20-amp fused electrical supply; a time-delay fuse or circuit breaker is recommended. It must be plugged into a grounded 3-prong outlet located within 6 ft (1.8 m) of where the power cord attaches to the back of the washer. Do not use an extension cord, remove the ground prong, or use an adapter, as failure to follow these instructions can result in death, fire, or electrical shock. (Pages 7, 10)
