What should I do before using my dryer for the first time?

Before using your dryer, wipe the dryer drum with a damp cloth to remove dust from storing and shipping. If your dryer has a consumer Features Guide (usually located on top of the dryer), remove it and place it with this Use and Care Guide, as it provides additional information about your dryer.
