Why is my ice maker producing hollow or small ice cubes?

Hollow or small ice cubes indicate low water pressure. Check that the water shutoff valve is fully open and that there are no kinks in the water source line. If you have a reverse osmosis water filtration system, it can decrease water pressure. If questions remain, call a licensed, qualified plumber.
