Why won't my washer agitate or spin?
The washer will not agitate or spin with the lid open — make sure the lid is fully closed during operation. Also check that the power cord is plugged into a grounded 3-prong outlet, the Timer knob is properly aligned with a cycle, and that the washer is not overloaded. (Page 6)
