To set up the WFREPEAT300N as an Access Point, connect it to power and use a wired connection OR wireless ‘WiFi-Repeater’ network to reach the web interface on IP address 192.168.10.1 with credentials 'admin'/'admin'. Follow the Setup Wizard > Standard Wireless AP Mode steps.
