How do I factory reset the Redmi Buds 4 Lite?

Ensure the charging box is powered and the earbuds are inside. Open the charging box, take out and put on the earbuds, then within 30 seconds, simultaneously press the touch areas on both the left and right sides five times (when not playing music or making calls). Once you hear a beep, the earbuds have reset successfully and re-entered Pairing Mode. (Page 1)
