How do I perform a 'silent reset' of the alarm when it's sounding?

When the alarm is in alarm condition and CO concentration is less than 200 PPM, press and hold the TEST button to enter silent alarm mode. The alarm will stop beeping temporarily while the alarm indicator continues to flash. Silent mode lasts less than 10 minutes. Press the TEST button again to return to normal alarm mode immediately.
