Where should I mount the CO alarm in my home?

Install the alarm in bedrooms or areas where people frequently stay and where carbon monoxide could easily be produced or leak. If mounting on a wall, position it higher than 1.5m from the floor and 0.3m below the ceiling, and keep it at least 1.5m away from corners, wall edges, and large furniture. Install alarms on every floor in multi-story buildings to ensure the alarm can be heard in all sleeping areas.
