What should I do if the robot fails to connect to Wi-Fi after several attempts?
Press and hold both the Clean button and the Home button for 3 seconds before turning the robot off and on again to reset the Wi-Fi connection. You should also try clearing the app cache by going to Me > Settings > Clear Cache. Additionally, confirm you are not using a 5GHz or dual-band mixed-mode network, as the robot only supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi. (Page 9)
