Why won't the P20 connect to my Wi-Fi network?

The P20 only supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi networks and cannot connect to 5GHz or dual-band mixed-mode (2.4GHz + 5GHz) networks. Make sure both your robot and mobile phone are within the effective coverage area of the same 2.4GHz Wi-Fi router. Also ensure Bluetooth is turned on your phone before attempting to connect via the AIRROBO app. (Page 7-8)
