What should I do if my remote is unresponsive?

Check that the batteries are inserted correctly and not low on charge. If batteries are fine, open the battery compartment, remove the batteries, press and hold the Power button for three seconds, reinsert the batteries, and close the compartment. Then re-pair the remote by pressing and holding the Home button for 10-12 seconds.
