How do I use the Keep Warm setting?

Once cooking is complete, turn the temperature control dial to the Keep Warm setting to maintain food at optimal serving temperatures. Food should not be left in the roaster on Keep Warm for more than 12 hours. After serving, turn the temperature control dial to the Min position and unplug the roaster.
