Check that the headphones are fully charged, the mobile phone's Wireless function is on, and both devices are within 33 feet/10 meters of each other. Make sure there are no obstacles between the devices, other paired devices have their wireless function turned off, and the headphones are in pairing mode. If still having issues, try removing some existing Wireless connections and pairing again.
